Shipping & Delivery

At Backifyy, we partner with UPS to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time across the USA. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and handed over to UPS within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

  • UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

3. Tracking Your Order

UPS provides real-time tracking for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

To track your order:

  1. Visit UPS Tracking

  2. Enter your tracking number

  3. Check your order status and estimated delivery date

4. Delivery Information

  • UPS delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, UPS may leave the package at a secure location or with a neighbour.

  • For 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, delivery is guaranteed on the specified day (excluding holidays).

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA.

  • Remote locations may have extended delivery times.

  • UPS may restrict certain items (like hazardous materials) as per their policy.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. Return shipping can be done via UPS, and we provide easy-to-print labels.
